Finish remaking the 1" longer canopy hinge D02-11 and match drilling to the side tube D02-07.
Cutout the forward canopy bow template and formed the forward canopy bow. Pilot drilled the canopy corners D02-08 to the side tubes with the required 1/2" offset from the turtledeck and windshield.
Drilled and installed the canopy alignment pin D02-17.
Fabricated and installed the canopy latch wear plates D01-08. The forward plate was made 1-3/4" long because the throttle bracket would interfere with the print 3" length.
Installed the canopy restraint cable D02-20 on the fuselage. The assembly required an AN525-10R10 screw, not the AN525-10R7 shown on D01 section S-S.
